Referrals - The best source we have to get new customers is you! We depend on satisfied customers to spread the word about our service. When you do, we want to properly thank you. We will reward you with 1 free hour (a $30 value)of service for every new customer that books a party as a result of your referral. Your free service reward can be used for any event following the new client's party (and within the same calendar year).

It is now two months since we held our daughter Lisa’s wedding reception luau in our backyard. We just wanted to let you know that our relatives, friends and neighbors have not stopped raving about the wonderful time they had that day. Although we are used to entertaining frequently, this was by far the best party we have ever hosted, due in large part to the very professional, thorough and courteous services provided by you and your excellent staff. You managed to fulfill your promise to us. You relieved us of much of the stress of planning and executing such an ambitious undertaking. This was a very special day for our family and we were truly able to enjoy every minute of it thanks to you and your staff. All of the service people that you supplied, from the waitresses, to the bartenders, to the valet parkers, were top-notch and treated our guests with the same warmth and respect that our guests have come to expect from Lori and I. We received and still continue to receive so many compliments from all who shared that beautiful day with us.

Of course, much of the credit also must go to the caterer you so highly recommended - Karen of Posh Palate Catering. She and her cooking staff also worked extremely well with us to select the Hawaiian menu that we were seeking and then to top it off by using such lavish and appetizing tropical displays.

Once again we thank you for your attention to detail, which assured us of a very smoothly run event. Your visits to our home in the early planning stages, as well as all your follow- up phone calls to check on the progress of the tent company, the linen supplier, the hula dancers, the DJ, etc. showed how much you cared about making this party an unforgettable affair. It goes without saying that we will most certainly be using your services again in the future and will recommend you and Karen to our family, friends and acquaintances. - With much gratitude. I cannot tell you how HAPPY I AM! Everything went on without a hitch! Pete, Tina & Linda were FANTASTIC! Everyone at the party raved about them. Absolutely fabulous. The weather cleared about two hours before the guests arrived, and a great time was had by ALL. My wife was sort of surprised since she found out about the party, but did not know when it was. I just wanted to drop you an e-mail to tell you about how thankful and happy I am after my 4th of July party. The girls were amazing and I mean it. They did not stop from the time they got there until the time they left - but I expected that already. What really was incredible was how they presented themselves while they were working and the constant smiles and upbeat personality they keep throughout the party. From the several times I asked Karen to keep starting the grill and cooking as people came later on, to Dawn helping me clean up fireworks in the street, to Jenn serving people drinks before they could even get up to need another one - they were all amazing and it made the party a great success. They are always there when you need them before you even realize that you do.

They did a fantastic job. I wanted to check Dawn to see if she had a nuclear power pack hooked up to her since her energy alone could light up a city. The appetizers were amazing - as always - and several people commented on them again. I am having a smaller gathering in late August and I will need a bartender and a server and I would request Jenn and Dawn as I will not have another party without them. They can do all my party's as far as I am concerned. And when I do need a chef/griller Karen would be great as well. - Thanks again Deb, Phil Giarraputo

Yes, it was wonderful! Sara was so helpful and soooooooo nice too... My husband and I could not believe how great it was to be able to enjoy our guests and not worry about heating and putting out the food, as well as the clean up and set up for dessert. Ginny, John and Milton were awesome. From the time they arrived to the time they left they wouldn't let me lift a finger. They had the entire party under control from cooking, plating, serving, bartending and cleanup, all the time with a good word and smiles on their faces for all. And they made it seem so effortless! All I had to do was enjoy
myself and mingle with my guests!!

I knew after speaking to you on the phone the first time that things would be taken care of, but truthfully, I had no idea that it would turn out so incredibly well. I wanted to give you some feedback about your waitstaff. My husband and I are very pleased with the professionalism that your company provided for us. They all were well groomed, very friendly and extremely accomodating to our needs and our guest's needs. I briefly explained what I wanted to get done, being that I had 170 guests to entertain, and they all went to work, harder than we could have ever anticipated. Their efforts truely made our party a huge success. We will and already have recommended your company and names of those 4 employees to our family and friends.

My husband and I also wanted to comment in a separate E-Mail about 2 employees that stand out from the rest. Milton was so amazing!! Every time I turned around, he was filling ice in coolers, and taking out garbage. Also, he kept making sure that I was enjoying myself and having a good time and not stressing out for the party. Anything I needed he ran to get or help with.

Also Donna gave my husband a break on the grills and cooked for him, which was NOT in her job description. (I guess she felt bad that he was there for hours). Either way, he was VERY happy to get a break and said that she cooked the burgers better than he could. She also made sure that the kitchen was cleaned and things were washed and put away.

I just wanted to tell you how perfect our party went (and its all because of The Party Elf). Maria and Lana were wonderful. They were so amazing that I plan on using you for any party I have. Everything went so smoothly. They knew just how to do everything; I didn't even need to delegate. I was able to just relax and so was the rest of my family. Then when everything was all over we had basically no cleaning to do. Everything was spotless...especially the kitchen. Thank you so much! I will always recommend your company!

Sorry not to answer yesterday, I was still recovering from the weekend. Yes, the party was a success. My wife was very surprised. I was 100% satisfied with a) the party elf services, in general and b) with Sarah and
Carol, in particular.

I really appreciate your efforts and working with me so quickly and efficiently. I never doubted that everything would be covered from our first conversation. Sarah and Carol were perfect. They jumped right in the second they walked in the door. They were extremely friendly. I didn't need to do much at all. I truly enjoyed the party (which was my goal). Another great thing they did was to ensure our guests were part of the party and not working in the kitchen. There were several times when they made sure a couple of my guests were escorted from the kitchen when they were trying to help clean. They were friendly and consistent - which was perfect. I will absolutely call you again - and I will request Carol and Sarah when I do.

John and Lana were terrific, once I told them what I needed done for the party that was held in the backyard for total of 80 guests they were right on top of everything. They were on time, dressed professional and just amazing. As you know I had three other waitstaff agencies I was working with and my final decision was you. You were very professional and just great to talk with and you really worked with me. Again I cannot express how wonderful it was working with you and how great your staff was. Just wanted to tell you how happy I was with Christine on Saturday at my daughter's Communion. My husband got back to the house before I did, but when I arrived one of the first things she told me was "I just want you to enjoy your party". And I did! I just wanted to say how absolutely AWESOME the girls were and I was so thankful that I had them here to help out with everything!! All of my guests said how wonderful they were too and I can't express it enough!!

They hardly let me lift a finger and as soon as I thought of something that needed to get done they were already doing it! Aside from them taking care of every last detail - they were super nice and it was a pleasure having them at my home.

I will absolutely book from you again and I will make it a point to request them personally. I appreciate all of the help you gave me as well prior to the party!

Michelle, Laurie, and Davinia, were lovely, efficient, professional, and extremely hard-working. They did it all: set up, prep, salad-making, reheating, cocktails, serving, clean up, and even doggy bags - charming and spoiling us all throughout. From the moment they arrived, I was able to relax and spend time with my guests and there were many.
